Back to AQU for a few days of racing before heading back up to SAR for the summer meet, and we get a six-pack of sophomore sold fillies set to sprint six panels in the NY Stallion Stakes – Joy, here in Gotham City.  I’ve landed on True Dreamer from the La Canada Racehorses barn as my top selection for this one.  She was last seen winning over this track vs. graded types in the Soaring Softly (GIII) and I think coming back to NY-bred company make the job just that much easier, especially with no weight penalty.  She was third in the Limestone at KEE prior to that win, so she look very sharp right now.  Let’s go right next door and give When Doves Cry a big chance today, and our second spot.  She was third in the Mamzelle at CD in her most recent, and actually won that Limestone race at KEE, so it’s obvious she can also beat the top pick.  Give her a big look in this one.  The Green Card also likes Nickel And Dime from the Mb Stables, and you always have to give the big barn a look in any race.  It looks like a good one!
