Fortune Tune Could Be Singing My Dear

1 Quietness, trained by Keikowen Racing
These early juvenile sprints are usually won by the fastest horse and this is one of the fastest. A good draw should also work in her favor and with wet track form and dry track work times she looks to be one of the favourites come any track condition. She looks to be a mature type at 15.3hh and he showed plenty of pace to make all in her maiden win last time out. Not one of the prettiest, which doesnt tend to matter early on their career, i think she can make it into the top four.

2 Airlee Beach, trained by Fractious
This newer trainer has been busy of late buying up some decent horses and this is one that they snapped up at auction for $56.000. A smart winner last time, showing plenty of pace she is drawn well but i do have one or two reservations. Firstly at 15.1hh she may not have reached the maturity level to compete with the best of these and she also has a conformation that tends to favor routers. Those two facts in a field with very little between them may make the difference but with a good draw and obvious ability it also wouldnt be a surprise if she ran well.

3 Sweet Oly, trained by John Henry
This big filly has a lot going for her. A winner on debut she has worked as well as any since and also has some lovely breeding lines suggesting there is more to come. Bound to be  among the favourites with a decent draw she could be the answer in a tricky race.

4 Fortune Tune, trained by Aml Racing
If you are going by the rule of just backing the fastest horse then look no further than this one. An easy win at PRX last time out showing some blistering mid race pace would be good enough on its own but the fastest work times and a competitive draw make her chances almost irresistable.

5 Dawn Of Cobra, trained by Aer Stables
Her trainer would’ve been thrilled with her debut win but i do worry that this race may come a bit too soon for her. At only 15.1hh she may still have some growing to do and whilst her work times are competitive they arent among the quickest.

6 Lucky Poppy, trained by Threshold
Looks a decent sort but her win at PRX was slower than the others and her work times may be a tick off them too. Her only advantage is that there is a lot of speed in this race and she looks to be more of a closing type.

7 Crown Of Light, trained by LionKing Stables
Bought at auction for a reasonable looking $27 she may have only won a maiden claimer last time out but her works make her look a lot better than that. She is starting to get a little wide in the draw which may affect her chances but she is likely to be right in this.

8 Fascinating Gyal, trained by Night Rider Stables
Although she is still a maiden i wouldnt let that bother you too much if you like what you see. Her trainer is in great form at the moment and her work times are right in the correct ball park. Her closing style suggests she wont be too affected by the wide gate and if she can stay close enough will be running on well at the end.

9 Saxon Raider, trained by Asgar
She had some strong pre race work times but there is very little public work times to go on since. A good winner at SA last time she may well get shot to the lead by the draw and whilst not ideal that may actually help her. If she is still there with a furlong to run she may hold on.

10 Tulia, trained by Crocker Ggs
Another of the top workers she gets the nightmare draw but may still be competitive if she if she is allowed to be taken back. Her work last week over six furlongs was smoking and she has plenty to live up to after her $160.000 pre race price tag at the start of the year.

SUMMARY
This of course is a wide open race as would be expected but although there is very little information to go on there are a few that stand out. Tulia will have to rely on some luck from her draw as will Saxon Raider so i am just favouring Fortune Tune from a better draw to take the race.
