Got a really nice early position behind the pace which was strong enough to make those leaders falter. When they did this one dug deep and managed to get home by a neck in a great battle to the line. If you take out the disappointing effort in the BEL Oaks, she has won four including two graded stakes so is really progressing as a prospect at the top level on turf.

2nd Pragmatic Mb Stables Prat F

Back to her front running ways she went out pretty hard and set up a decent lead early on and maintained that lead until the very last strides. This was a game effort considering the strong pace she set and it certainly won’t be the last we see of her as a real competitor at this level.

3rd Wonderful World Smokey Stover Corrales G

The decision was made to go back today, and the engine took her too far back and she failed to make much dent in the leaders in the run for the line. Everything was right for a barn storming finish, but she just seems to have gone off the boil recently and never really looked like getting involved for the win.

4th Little Stinker TwinTowersRacing Geroux F

Went back with Wonderful Tonight and ran on well to finish in fourth alongside that horse. The timing as usual was not there for this closing effort on this engine and she will be better served by going back to stalking to find more success.
