$100.000 3yoF 1 1/16m InTurf 122lbs +penalties
Well, we didn’t do a good job of handicapping this one… in the end, Hollywood Tours got a head in front when it counted, on the finish line, and the Threshold owned filly won The Memories of Silver on Sunday. The final running time was 1:403 for the mile and a sixteenth on the AQU inner Turf course (which was an incorrect placement). Only three lengths covered the field in this one as Zin finished a head back in second, then a half length to Lady Hilltopper in third, and Sneaky Case was another quarter length back in fourth.
Hollywood Tours is a 3yo chestnut filly by Chai Bus – Hollywood Matters, by Hollywood Kruz, and she was bred in PA by Tacaro Farm. Acquired by Threshold prior to her racing career, via private purchase for $50.440, she now has three wins from five starts, this being her first stakes score, and she now has lifetime earnings of $152.880. Congrats to the connections!

Hollywood Tours mid-pack to the top of the lane, fanned, closed full of run, up late, won driving. Zin stalked between foes to the top of the lane, split horses, out-kicked late. Lady Hilltopper rated back, split horses lane, some late action. Sneaky Case trailed, passed tiring rivals lane. Crabby tracked the pace from an inside position, lost ground on the turn, tired. Finest sent from the gate, set the pace to the furlong marker then folded.
