Our handicapping was a swing and a miss in this one…   John Henry’s Indiscretion hugged the rail throughout Saturday’s Kennedy Road Stakes (GII) at WO, and that ground saving trip was just what this one needed to move past pace-setter Quick Night, as they neared the sixteenth pole, then held off the late charge of Blue Finn to take the six-furlong main-track dash, stopping the clock at 1:08.65.  As mentioned, Blue Finn closed a late gap to miss by a head, and it was a length back to Quick Knight in third, that one just nosing out Nutmeg, as he took the minor share.  The track was listed as Fast, and four lengths covered the field of eight.
