Litlemisscantbewrong made me and the Green Card wrong as we overlooked the Onlineracingclub.com owned colt and he takes this stakes as the 6/1 “longshot” – not that long, but second longest on the board. It was a nceck back to Blue Vortex, that one closing a late gap to grab the second spot, then another neck to Cherokee Backwaters in third. A gap of two, Snow Commanding, the post-time favorite, took the minor money. The winner covered the mile and a sixteenth in 1:39.97 on the Firm PRX sod, and five lengths covered the field of six.
