Kalthoff Repeater, sent off as the 1.35/1 favorite, got home first by a length to take the CC Glass Slipper, covering the flat mile distance in 1:35.30 over the Fast main oval, here in Louisville.  The Spankys Barn owned filly tracked the early pace, and went to the front when asked, and just proved to have too much class for this group.  C And C tried to play the part of Cinderella, as that mare, sent off at 99/1 odds, closed from far back to grab the second spot and set-off the tote board.  Bar Gal was a length back in third with Shes A Freak getting the minor share. 

Kalthoff Repeater is a gray 3yo filly, owned by Spankys Barn, bred in NM by Jive Inc, and has won three of twelve starts, two this season, and she now has $332.400 in earnings.  By Captain Rush – Bee Queen, by Carnage, she was claimed for $10.000 back in Dec of 2021, and it has been a life of Alw and Stakes starts since.  Congrats to the Connections.

Kalthoff Repeater tracked the pace 2p, moved up quickly on the far turn to engage the leader, put that one away and drew off as much the best.  C And C trailed to the lane, found a seam on the inside, responded when asked, second best.  Bar Gal lacked early speed, advanced on the far turn, evenly late.  Shes A Freak stalked the pace from the rail, moved to the 3p for the drive, flattened out.  Orchards Delight was not a factor.  Miss Destiny broke alertly, set the pace to the top of the lane, headed, folded.  Set Navigation flashed early speed, tired.
