Come on, feel the noise… Lady Sammyantha made some on Saturday, in the Raven Run (GII) at KEE.  Showing good speed throughout the seven furlong main track dash, The Sidley Stud wins another graded race as the bay filly held off the late charge from Mycrazyxgirlfriend and took home the lion’s share of the purse money.  The final running time was 1:21.88 and a bit more than a length covered the entire field in this hotly contested sprint.  Miss Atomic Bomb was a length back in third, then a neck to Magic Centre in fourth, as Dirty Storm was fifth, just a head back.

Lady Sammyantha is a 3yo bay filly by Ginger Haggis – Madame Broulard, by Condottieri, and she was bred by her owner, The Sidley Stud, in ON.  This was her fifth win from eighteen starts and she now has earnings of $578.380.  That was a fantastic bounce back from her last out race at PRX and she certainly is a horse to keep an eye on.  Congrats to the connections!

Lady Sammyantha tracked the pace to the top of the lane, took over, gained the advantage 2p, then held off the late charge from foe, won driving.  Mycrazyxgirlfriend forced the issue throughout, battled down the lane 3p, just missed in a game effort.  Miss Atomic Bomb rated back while never far from the pace, continued to trail into the lane moving to the rail, best foot late.  Magic Centre rated back early, moved up on the turn widest of all, flattened out for the drive.  Dirty Storm sharp break, slight edge down the backside, headed into the far turn, tired.
