Made all to win his maiden and whilst he is no superstar, you have to respect one from this stable. The stable paid $77.000 for him at auction pre-race so will certainly be hoping for a decent run from a great draw.

2 Aether Angelos Stable Parker D L 121 —

Another that won his maiden by making all over this trip. He wasn’t as strong when upped in class last time but still ran well enough off of a break to suggest he is in this. I expect him to be sharper this time but may get caught in a speed battle so beware if he is your first choice.

3 Shoe Fetish Lindeman Prairie Hernandez C J 121 —

Only just beaten when second in the LA Cup Juvenile and then ran very well to be beaten about a length in the LA Legacy last time. She is proven at this level so must be a chance but does have to beat Piece Of The West as the score stands at 1-1 between them and who knows what will happen this time!

4 Piece Of The West Asgar Beschizza A 121 —

Beaten by Shoe Fetish in the LA Cup Juvenile and then beat the same horse when second in the LA Legacy last time. With the way form flips flops it is hard to tell which one will prevail today but out of the two this one has the worse draw so maybe that will be the difference.

5 Extra Majestical Fractious Loveberry J 121 —

Struggled since his maiden win but has some very strong works to his name and would probably win if this was a workout. I think if the top draws go at each other, and he settles behind them we could see some of the promise he has shown at home shine through.

SUMMARY

There may be only five runners, but this looks an even field, and a win chance could be given to all of them. I am going for Extra Majestical purely because the stable is in great form and sooner or later the racing penny has to drop.
