This home bred filly made no mistakes today and continued her wonderfully consistent form with a well-deserved win. Traveling off the speed as expected she cruised up to them and out them away pretty easily in the end coming home a length clear. A daughter of Expert Eye, a grade one winning horse with the same owner she has certainly got her dads ability to run and records her fourth win from nine starts.

2nd Viscancia                               Nakamura Stables                    Pedroza M Jr  

Stalked the lead and moved up with a winning run after halfway but was passed by the closer and had no answers down the stretch. She kept on pretty well for second and should be good enough to win in this grade at some point.

3rd Spring Ginger                        The Sidley Stud                           McMahon C J              

A little one paced when asked to go she may just need a drop in grade to find some winning form. A good effort and she seems to act on both surfaces, but she has yet to really threaten at this level.

4th Mabel                                        Bigchief Stables                          Loveberry J    

Held a good enough position in transit but didn’t really find much when asked. Like the third horse she may need to drop in grade to get a win.
