If ever there was an advert on HRP for the hidden attribute of ‘heart’ then this one is it. A filly standing at 15.2hh she has now won four from four by never further than a head. Today she went into her customary stalk and once more battled like the hounds of hell were after her to win by a nose. A long way from being the fastest worker in the field she clearly has the thing that really matters and that is a coded will to win and there really can’t be a better example in the game at the moment. I have no idea how far she will end up running but she just keeps on winning and i wouldn’t want to bet against her in the BC if she is within a length coming into the stretch.

2nd   Z Command               Joshua Stables                Albarado R J

With a public work a second quicker than the winner she was a worthy favourite for this race despite the wide draw. Coping pretty well with the gate and a wide trip she stuck on gamely but just couldn’t beat this determined winner. I guess we can now put a combined time on either the wide gate or the coded will to win of around a second and if these two meet again with draws reversed we will be able to find out which one it is. Make no bones this was an excellent run from a horrible draw, her second in a row and with a bit of luck she will be among the favourites again comes the BC.

3rd   Artificial                 Mb Stables                Ortiz I Jr

Kept on really well to be just a half length behind in third a good effort in her first black type race.

4th   Make You Blush     Rampage Stable                Rosario J

Taken way back from her wide draw she flew home for fourth just a length back on the line. This was a real black book effort for a filly that looks to be crying out for a mile.
