An experienced juvenile with three wins from six she is unproven at this level but represents a sound chance. Best over a sprint trip she didnt do much last time out over seven furlongs but will be better over todays six. She needs to prove she can make the step up in grade but has the draw to do her best today.

2 Sound Logic Sccj Stables Velazquez J R

Won on debut and then added the My Dear and went into the Adirondack as a fairly strong fancy. The muddy track found her out that day and then in her last start she didnt look to stay a mile. Back to her best trip today she looks a good enough sort at this level.

3 Magic Command Allinthegate Ortiz I Jr

Possibly the best exposed form in the field she won her first two before running very well in both the Pocahontas and the Tempted, both at graded level. This trip may be a bit sharp but she won her second start in a competitive allowance over it so must represent a favorites chance from this handy draw.

4 Elitist La Canada Racehorses Carmouche K

Won on debut at the free track but was a little disappointing in a decent allowance last time. Her 1.11 work would be good enough here if she can put that into a race.

5 Eye Test Estero Farms Franco M

Didnt fare so well in her first two starts but broke her maiden nicely last time and certainly has bags of pace. The 1.10 and 4 works she put in says she is improving and being from this stable she must be respected.

6 Millenium Star Threshold Ortiz J L

Still a maiden but far better than her form suggests, she wont be the worst in the field.

7 Lead You To Water Fractious Castellano J J

Another experienced juvenile with six starts for one win she has been very consistent at overnight level and gets her chance to step up today. Bought for $75.000 after a last start third they will be hoping she can live with this grade.

8 Out And Bad Night Rider Stables Maragh Ro
Gets a rotten draw but has a touch of class and is certainly suited by this trip. The draw and the 2Lb penalty for her win in the Gimma will make it pretty tough but she has shown enough that she wont be a forlorn hope.

SUMMARY

A decent little race the draw and the penalties look to be playing into the hands of Magic Command and i will be picking her as the winner. Eye Test and Millenium Star may spice up the exotic bets and get into the places.
