Three Year Olds
1st Magne Bern, trained by Gdp Inc
Well a very nice performance from the winner right here as he won by a half length over this turf course that was rated good. He closed from far back in the field with a very nice kick and blew by everyone to get the win. He ran a very good race for sure to get the win. He ran the mile in 1:34.69 and earned $60.000 for the win.
2nd Confined, trained by Mb Stables
This horse here also ran a very good race to run second. He sat up near the lead early on and even hit the front for a little until being caught by the winner in the upper stretch. He ran a pretty darn good race to only get beat by half of a length. He definitely ran a very respectable second place.
3rd City Of Bones, trained by John Henry
This runner also ran a very good race and only ended up getting beat by a length by the winner. He sat about midpack early on and closed a little bit to end up getting up to the show spot. He definitely ran a good race and at least hit the top three and earned a nice little check.
4th Brilliant Glitter, trained by Estero Farms
Well this horse ran a pretty good fourth being how he was up close to the pace early and then fell back to eighth for some reason. He re-rallied to get up for this fourth place finish but he also got in a dead heat with Warino. He didn’t run a bad race at all in my opinion.
4th Warino, trained by D J C Racing Stables
He also didn’t run that bad of a race in my opinion as he closed from far back in the field to get up for this fourth place finish. He also got in a dead heat with Brilliant Glitter though so he is only taking two dollars home. He didn’t run bad at all and closed nicely for fourth.
Summary
Magne Bern ran a very good race in here and showed a good closing kick to get up for the win and he won by a decent margin. He ran a very good race and should be able to improve off of this and go on to bigger and better races after this. Congratulations to Magne Bern and his trainer Gdp Inc.
