1 1/16 Mile Dirt Stake Purse $150.000 Filly & Mare 4 Year Olds And Up.

1st Make It Known, trained by Mb Stables
This filly had been mopping up at lower tracks but was given the chance to prove herself today and did it in fine style. Trailing early on she came through on the bit and went away for an easy two length win. She has yet to run a bad race and she wont be hard to follow until she does.

2nd Princess legion, trained by John Henry
As usual form doesnt mean much at HRP and despite a history full of great efforts in graded stakes races she couldnt even get close to a horse who had only won at overnight level. Having said that this is the second time she has weakened of the lead and her trainer may have to look at a little restraint in her future starts.

3rd Best Dressed, trained by Sc Lanciano
Ran the stalk but couldnt quicken and just whacked away in the end for third. A decent effort but one that may make her difficult to place in the future.

4th Lady Opus, trained by Luz International
Only lightly raced she still seems to be trying to find her level. A shade anonymous today she may need to learn her trade a bit more before trying this level again.
