It took the entire mile and three eighths to get this one sorted out… as the speed fell apart in Saturday’s Man o War (GII), the closers gobbled them up, along with the big money as Mb Stables‘ Master Of Disguise took the win by a head, stopping the timer at 2:11.24 while keeping his ’24 campaign perfect at two wins in two starts.  D J C Racing Stables’ Commerce also showed an impressive late turn of foot, but just missed to the winner while securing the second spot over the winner’s stable-mate and post time favorite, Killer Instinct, in third.  House Of Games, owned by Spankys Barn, took the minor money.  Six lengths covered the field of seven.
