1st: #5 Moonlight Special (Allinthegate/J.R. Velazquez 118): Reserved while trailing the field early. Kept under cover going down the backside. Moved inside of the top three at the head of the stretch. Drew off powerfully to score a decisive 1.5 length victory.
2nd: #1 Bronze Bomber (Threshold/Ru. Silvera 119): Stalked the pace from the rail. Made a bold bid between runners coming out of the turn. Grabbed lead at 5/16 pole but couldn’t keep winner at bay.
3rd: #6 Justice Demanded (Nakamura Stables/S. Elliott 120): Out-sprinted for the early lead. Prompted pace from the two path. Made a three-wide bid exiting the turn, but couldn’t maintain momentum.
