This horse has led off a slower pace so i was surprised to see him take a sit today but either by luck or instructions he was close enough to the pace to take the win today in game fashion. He had a half length to spare at the post and continues his run of super consistent form which he has carried through a very solid career so far.

2nd Reach For A Latte Saratoga Stud Contreras L

Took up his usual position and i thought he was going to go on a win this race but when pushed came to shove he didnt have the fight in him at the end. Its not the first time he hasnt quite finished off as well as expected and he just lacks the turn of foot that would make him a very good horse.

3rd Dogs Noah Maxmillion Farm Campbell J M

Came from behind off a slowish pace so was always up against it. He ended up third beaten a couple of lengths and never looking like he was going to get closer but did two places better than he did last year so all in all it was a good race for him.

4th Just Moving Along Gdp Inc Lermyte J

He was close enough if good enough but found very little when put under pressure and in the end just whacked away for fourth.
