It feels like we just had KYD weekend, and it’s already off to Bal’mur and PRK weekend.  But let’s not get ahead of ourselves as Friday will offer a full card of big stakes action, and we look at The PIM Special, a mile and three-sixteenths test for the gents, and the first place I ever saw a horse race (thanks, mom!).  It’s an interesting lot, we have here, and I’m really somewhat baffled in what to do.  No More Rattle seems to be an off/on/off/on type, and this should be an on race, so let’s take him on top.  He won the SA Hcp (GI) in March, then was fifth in the Ali (GIII) at KEE.  Still, I think the 6yo has the ability to get the win vs. this group.  Berlin was third in that Ali (GIII) race, so let’s give him a big look today.  He was second in the Pegasus (GI) to kick off the year… another like either of those, and he should be very tough.  I’m all over the place on a third selection, so let’s just see if we can stick with these two and knock down the exacta.  The Green Card has some other ideas, so you may want to look over there.  Now, let’s get thru this weekend so we can tear this dump down!

  1. No More Rattle was full of run last out in the Ali G but his jock directed him into traffic so he had no where to go. That’s why I went back to D Davis this time.
