The FL Sire Stakes – Affirmed – $200.000
GP – 7 Furlongs – Dirt
For Two Year Olds Foaled in FL
October 21, 2023
1 Golden Driller (Riggins Racing)
Maiden win in April in FL-bred company. Didn’t hit the board in either of his other starts. Could be a factor.
2 Server Error (Mb Stables)
Two tries in FL-bred MSW company. Wasn’t able to hit the board in either start. Seems outclassed here.
3 Key To The Forest (Alydar Stables)
Broke his maiden last out by two lengths here at GP in the slop. Don’t count him out.
4 Pie Pie (Night Rider Stables)
Broke his maiden at first asking. Finished second in N1X company last out. Another one that looks ready to run.
5 Steely Don (Ashwood Farms)
Two starts, two wins. This one likes the view from the front and just might still be there at the wire.
6 Tough Call (Mb Stables)
A maiden win and an allowance win for this gelding. Another one that looks ready to go and could have a say in the outcome.
7 Kamara (Royalty Racing)
Another one with a maiden and an allowance win. Last out was less than impressive, but works are strong. Could get a piece of the purse.
8 Steal The Treasure (Fractious)
Broke his maiden last out at PRX. Close three out of five other starts. Like his chances in this one.
9 Union Jack (Asgar)
Purchased for $4.000 in July and has repaid his new connections handsomely. Could challenge for the lead.
10 Law Wrapper (Establo Pichon)
Second in the FL Sire Stakes – Fager last out. Has the experience and the talent to compete here and could be there at the wire.
