1st Pure Gifts, trained by Mb Stables

Huge win for this runner as he ran one of the fastest races that I can even remember. He defeated two of the best turf runners at this time and did it nicely. He got up by a nose and won in a time of 1:45.14 and earned $600.000.

2nd Dead Madness, trained by John Henry

The Breeders Cup Turf winner here and it looked like he was home free when he was in front by a length at the eighth pole. He was game as they come but he just got nosed out right on the lane by the winner.

3rd Xmas Snow, trained by Maxmillion Farm

A good run from the Pegasus World Cup Turf winner to get up for third and he was only beaten a length by those top two runners. He ran a good race like always but he just could not get there in time in this spot.

4th Lets Do It Big Boy, trained by RNP Stables

Kind of a surprise to me that this horse ran so well in here as I thought he did not have much of a chance with this field at all. He did run a huge race to hit the board and he was only beaten a length by the winner.

Summary

Huge win and a huge performance by the winner to get the win and take down a very good field like this one. He ran a huge race and earned a great grade one win. Congratulations to Pure Gifts and Mb Stables.
