Well for once I looked smart with a winning pick as this horse here showed us why he was the runner up in the Breeders Cup Turf Sprint. He sat in a nice stalking trip early on and then once it was time to go he just scampered away from the field to win by a length. He ran the race in 1:12.73 and earned $60.000 for the win.
2nd Baie Baie, trained by Spankys Barn
This horse right here ran a pretty solid race for sure after trying to take this field gate to wire. I mean he ran a good race and held off all but the winner so he should be proud of his performance. He was a very deserving runner up for sure and ran a good second to a very good horse.

The old classy runner here didn’t run too bad right here after settling in a stalking trip early on. He made a run at the leaders but he just did not have enough punch to get there. He still ran on strongly for a third place finish and he did run a pretty good race for sure.

Well this horse right here closed pretty good to get up for fourth right here. He was near the rear early on and made a decent run late to get in the money at least even though he did dead heat for fourth. He did not run a bad race at all and at least got a tiny piece of the purse.
4th Corroya, trained by D J C Racing Stables
Well this horse also closed from far back to get up for this dead heat fourth. He was next to last early on and started to make a decent run to at least get in the money. He did not run a bad race at all and he at least earned a little piece of the pie. He closed nicely and just needed more ground I think.
Summary
Well obviously it was big win for Quarter King who ran a big race and showed us why he was the runner up in the Breeders Cup Turf Sprint last year. He showed up and showed just how good he was in this spot. He ran big and should have a good campaign this year. Congratulations to Quarter King and Gdp Inc.
