Going back to the dirt off a 5th place effort The Assyrian will try to rebound here at EVD. Hasn’t won since last year at EMD which is a concern. Works say he wants the turf so changing back doesn’t look to promising especially at this level.

After two bold attempts in Allowance races, Generally Informed picked up two second place checks. Has tactical speed as we saw two back but can also rate which is when he runs his best. The extra furlong may do a world of difference. Expect a big move up.

Zink stretches back out for D J C after sprinting in the last few races. Is always in contention after several bold races but moves up here taking his best chance. Will be live.

Puts the bute back on after the first race with his new barn. Was also caught on the lead which wasn’t to gameplan. With a nice stalking trip he could go back to where he was in previous races.  A nice purchase should pay off today.
