Riggins Racing looks like the have a monster in Divine Moonlight…  the jet-black filly won her debut, splashing home at FP, then just missed after doing all of the heavy lifting in the GG Debutante… today, she stalked the pace and then got up late to take the Starlet (GII) by three-quarters of a length.  The final running time was 1:42.04 for the mile and a sixteenth distance.  Wrong Farm closed a late gap to grab the second spot, a length better than the closing Perp in third, then a half-length to Judicial Watch, another that came from far back to grab some cash.  Eleven lengths covered the field of ten.
