1st Risen Day, trained by Fractious

A very impressive win here by this filly as she beat this field pretty easily with a two length victory. She sat right off of the pace early and then she blew by the leader and just pulled away late. She ran the distance in 1:22.57 and she earned $60.000 for the win.

2nd Local Lass, trained by D J C Racing Stables

A pretty good second place finish for this filly as she ran very well to at least ran second. She was in about the middle of the pack early on in the race and then she went by most of them down the stretch. She ran a very good runner up finish.

3rd Crack Joint, trained by Gdp Inc

Not a bad run from this filly as she closed pretty well to at least get up for third. She was near the back of the field early on in the race but she passed quite a few and almost got up for second. She ran a very good closing third.

4th Scoreearlyandoften, trained by Night Rider Stables

This filly also did not run that bad of a race to get up for fourth as she came from dead last to at least hit the board. She was pretty far back early on and she came on well late. She at least hit the board and earned a couple dollars for the race.

Summary

A big win for Risen Day here as she got the win in this race and earned her first ever stakes victory. She ran a very big race and she should improve off of this win and head on to bigger races. Congratulations to Risen Day and Fractious.
