This stable started having some huge success with their juveniles last year and they have not missed a beat this year as they picked up one of the richest two-year-old races of the year. Nicely settled just behind the speed, she picked them up and battled on gamely for a head win. The sire, a free track racer with zero earnings hadn’t been performing too well in the shed but this filly may just invigorate his career if she is not just an anomaly. She is a very consistent type who now takes her earnings to $680.000 in her five-race career and will spearhead the stable’s BC assault.

Stalked the lead but just didn’t have the turn of foot at the end to beat off the winner. This was another good effort after that last race third in the Sanford, and she clearly has a future.

The home bred daughter of Bronx Bomber ran on nicely to take third a length back. She looks a versatile sort who is exactly the type we expect from this wily veteran of the game.

The wide draw made it a tough trip for the Racket Runner filly as she just flattened out at the end after putting in plenty of effort. I feel like her time will come when she has matured a little and strengthened.
