Snake Island began the Fantasy a 20-1 longshot with no KYO points. She ended it with 100 points, sitting at #4 on the qualifying list. She spent most of the mile and a sixteenth mid-pack, then made a move in the stretch to get up for the win by a neck. Siouxbiscuit finished second and moves up to 8th.

5 Yow (Royalty Stables) Close throughout, outrun in the stretch.
6 Smokin Cara (Alydar Stables) Made a late move, but too little too late.
7 Water Demon (Chili King Stables) Stalked throughout, tired in the stretch.
8 Wyldewood (The Freakshow) Never a factor.
9 Rabbit Bay (Smokey Stover) Never involved.
10 Spring Street (High Voltage) Stalked early, faded late.
11 But I Digress (YME Stable ) Never a factor.
12 Majestic Chai (TwinTowersRacing) Never a factor.
