Better last time over this trip and gets the perfect draw which will help him get involved today. His last work on this track was sharp and there is enough form there we just haven’t seen the X Factor just yet.

3 Command This One Waldo Espinoza V

Gets a penalty for an all the way win from an outside draw last time over this trip. That was two in a row from the front so i would expect to see her pushing for the lead today and a lot will depend on how much pressure comes from the wide speed push. An uncontested draw and she may win, a speed battle and she may be susceptible to a late closer.

4 Hitch A Ride South Shore Stables Gutierrez Mario

A game maiden winner last time, looks a progressive sort but you have to take on trust that she is ready for this type of race.

5 Shes A Freak Mb Stables Van Dyke D

Hasn’t really backed up a good maiden win but gets another chance today and is one of the stronger workers in the race. She may be better pushing the pace so will get some help from the wide gate speed push.


7 Battle Abbey The Sidley Stud Franco G

There aren’t many two year olds than can squeeze in 8 races by the end of October but this one has running right through from the 3rd of April to today. Her busy timetable doesn’t looked to have blunted her form though and she has placed at this level twice so is due a win.

SUMMARY

This isn’t the most competitive race so you would expect Mb Stables to find a winner in his massive stable. The three for me would be Command This One, Red parasite and She’s a Freak, take your pick as to which order.
