1st The Famous Sister Patterson Stables Pimentel J

This race was always going to be a close affair with one just having the improvement and the luck to win. This one made her own luck by going to the front and dictating things unchallenged for much of the race. She pinched enough to hold on by a half length in the end to gain a deserved win, her third in a short career.

2nd Sound Logic Sccj Stables Landeros C

Started well and led early but was steadied to stalk the leader. When she was asked to go back and beat that leader she couldnt find enough going down by a half length. A nice enough effort.

3rd Nebulae Z Team 7 Illusions Gallardo A A

Started a strong favorite and although she ran on well she never looked like getting to the first two. She needs a bit further than this.

4th Illustrious Cat Chili King Stables Lezcano J

Ran on strongly late and was beaten a length. Now the way weight works at HRP she would’ve won by two or three lengths without the penalty which equates to a nose here so this was a much better effort than it looked on paper. By far the best filly in the race stopped by penalties.
