This horse has been so consistent this season that there is no doubt that he deserved to end the year in style and he did just that in coming with his customary late run to nab victory on the line by a neck. A big effort from the four year old who should keep on winning next year after a really nice season.

2nd Fox Final Time Invicta Group Llc Saez L 1:47.68

Tried hard to stay close up from the wide gate but was happy sitting just off the speed and was coming like a winner into the final furlong before being grabbed by the winner close home. This was a good effort for a horse that has been great for the new owner since claiming them three races ago.

3rd Queen Size Czech Out Farms Leparoux J R 1:47.76

He beat home plenty of good stakes form to be third in a career best effort. He has taken a while to come right since his claim but ran a great race today running on strongly at the end to be narrowly beaten into third.

4th Schopenhauer Maxmillion Farm Cohen D 1:47.89

Was a close second in a grade one and a grade two over this trip in two prior starts both in faster races than this but today went to the lead and once again flagged in the final furlong. It is possible he was feeling the effects of three races in 7 weeks.
