1st Summer Sampler, trained by John Henry
New trainer John Henry has burst on the HRP scene with some big purchases. Some have gone well, some not so well but this one looks a great buy. Fast away she never looked like being caught leading all the way to win by an easy two lengths. A close second in the grade one Acorn for her previous trainer she could well win a few more before the season ends.

2nd Drill, trained by Mb Stables
Stayed on nicely into second but never threatened the winner. Clearly a capable filly she tends to find one or two too good at this level and that happened again today.

3rd Fidele Fille, trained by Gdp Inc
A filly that highlights just how hard it is to win consistently at HRP she has won at grade one and grade three this year but could only beat two home today.

4th Zenna The Ruler, trained by Night Mare Racing
Has been pretty strong at the end of her races but today for some reason she was sent up onto the pace and faded into fourth.
