1 Take The Cannoli, trained by Rfjr Racing
Solid in good level overnights he is taking on the mile for the first time in his career. The way he has been finishing off his sprints suggests he can get this trip and i liked the way he ran from a wide gate in his first effort for this stable. A winning chance for one of our less experienced trainers.

2 Advancing, trained by Mb Stables
Any three year old from this stable demands respect and although this one only has the one win under his belt he looks a solid performer. Third on soft ground last time out if you look at his maiden win and his work at BEL last time he would be right in this.

3 Japan, trained by Big Jd Racing
The class horse in the race he has to give eight pounds to his three year old rivals and that may be too much. His works are very good but he has struggled to transfer that form to the racetrack and with the weight impost may be looking at a place at best.

4 Stars At Sunset, trained by Hambletonian Stable
Another one who has solid overnight form he has some excellent turf form despite being tried on dirt recently. A definite chance but he may struggle to give the three year olds six pounds.

5 Big Dreamer, trained by Oval Express Farms
Given his chance in a weaker black type race he may struggle against a few of these.

6 Funny One, trained by Mb Stables
Probably the most accomplished in the race he gets in with a winnable weight thanks to the three year old allowance. The wide gate will be tough to deal with but it can be done and with grade three and black type form he looks the one to beat.

SUMMARY

This looks between the three year olds. If Funny One can cope with the wide draw then he should win but if there are any chinks in his armour then Take The Cannoli and Advancing should be boxed up to give him the most trouble.
