1st Whispering Nurse, trained by D J C Racing Stable
I was pleased to see i got the one two right here and hope a few got on the 435/1 odds on offer. I had a feeling this daughter of Catch A Rising Star was going to run well and boy did she with a superb on the speed effort. Leading early she was settled into the stalk after a few furlongs and then picked up the bit again to grind out a gallant half length win. Never out of the first three in her life this was her sixth win from eleven races and will approach the BC from well under the radar.

2nd Viking Vania, trained by Delta Farms
A grade one winner last time out i was surprised to see her starting as one of the outsiders but she certainly didnt run like one keeping on strongly for second place. Like the winner she was close to the pace throughout and has now finished first or second in three grade ones in a row.

3rd K T D, trained by Aer Stables
Turned round seven lengths with Musical Treat just showing how difficult it is here at HRP to read form lines. Like the first two she was on the speed throughout and was in fact in front inside the final furlong only to get run out of it close home. A gallant effort and a return to form for the KYO winner.

4th Musical Treat, trained by Mb Stables
Kept on for fourth but was pretty disappointing after her game effort in the Alabama.
