The key to this race was that this filly was allowed to run along at its own pace and was never pressured to run any faster. She held the rail and didn’t push for the lead but more or less ended up there and whilst the closer’s tried hard the early pace hadn’t taken much out of her, and she readily held on in the push for the line.

2nd At The Double Asgar Beschizza A

Saw out the trip well enough after running sprints for most of her career and whilst she was taking ground off the winner all the way up the straight never had the kick needed to get past her. She has placed plenty of times in these types of races and continues to run honest races.

3rd Girl Geek Nakamura Stables Parker D L

Worried the winner all of the way but never really put pressure on her and when they went for the line she couldn’t quicken and rather whacked away for a close third. Starting favorite, she probably should have done a bit better, but she just kept on and probably would’ve been better off going harder for the lead.

4th Glitter Bright Mo Mentum Farm Murrill M

She was taken to the back in order to see the trip out but with a fairly average pace was always going to struggle to make ground. In the end she didn’t fall away but also never made enough ground to be a factor.
