Stalked the lead but took a while to get to the front but was very game and managed to ease a neck clear by the line. An honest sort who has always looked like this seventh furlong would suit and on this run she may even improve again if stepped up to the mile. Bought at auction, this is her second win for the new stable and she seems to be as good as ever in her seventh year.

2nd So Blitz Asgar Lezcano J

Came on really strong at the end suggesting she may appreciate another furlong. She trailed early but was never too far back and when she launched her run with two furlongs to go it looked like she may have got there but in the end the gap was just too much. Another good effort from this consistent mare.

3rd Chase The Money Avenue Z Franco M

Went back with So Blitz and like her came on strong at the end. Whilst the second placed mare left her run a little bit too late this one left hers impossibly late and though she was closing hard just couldn’t make enough ground up. Beaten under a length her closing style sees her finding it hard to get the timing right which is probably why the wins have been hard to get but she continues to race honestly.

4th Line Of Flight D J C Racing Stables Spencer J P

Went to the lead in a change of tactics which were either selected by the race engine or the trainer and was still in front with a furlong to run. She predictably weakened through the last furlong but had enough left to hold on for fourth and wasn’t beaten far in the end. Being a four-year-old she still has time to catch the ones in front of her up so the trainer won’t be too disappointed.
