1st Well Built, trained by Team 7 Illusions
Four in a row this improving three year old grabbed her first grade one and immediately paid back the investment for her new owner who acquired her for a cheap looking $257.000 just a month ago. Always comfortable in the stalk she toyed with them to win by a length and now if her trainer feels like taking a punt she may get into the BC a lively late entry.

2nd Z Partner, trained by Diablo Diablo
Backed up her Commonwealth Oaks win with a good effort here keeping on strongly for second. The winner of a one win allowance at lowly TUP in March she has come a long way since then and certainly looks as if a decent season will be in front of her as a four year old.

3rd Born From Mrs Z, trained by Mb Stables
She was in a good enough position but just whacked away in the end for third proving once more that fast works are not the answer to handicapping races at HRP. A nice sort but she seems to lack the X factor.

4th She Needsa Brazillian, trained by Hawaiian Short Guy
A shadow of her former self she went to the lead and predictably weakened ending up fourth. Her glory days are looking further and further away but i have seen some two year olds miss a season before so she may come back as a four year old with renewed vigor.
