These races can often by fairly easy to win but even though this one only has the four runners it remains a bit of a conundrum as to which way it will go. This seven year old is the most accomplished in the field having picked up 9 wins in a 38 race career two wins in this type of race. She has been very consistent over her long career and going on her second from this same draw in the Skipat Stakes last time still retains enough ability to be a force in this field.

2       Easily Amused       Night Mare Racing       Velazquez J R

This four year old runs with a penalty for her win in a state-bred stakes last June and that certainly wont help her cause here. A winner last time out at BEL she has run some good races but comes over as being a bit inconsistent. This may be her best trip and she gets a nice gate to get into the action despite her burden.

3          Settle Down Easy          Gdp Inc           Saez L

You don’t see too many free track maiden winners going in stakes races but with a small field this one is worth a shot. All three of her lifetimes starts have come on turf but her dirt works aren’t bad so she isn’t a write off, just an unknown quantity.

4         Slytherin         Arindel           Franco M

This trainer is in good form and this one comes here with probably the strongest works. Didn’t get the trip last time but had sprinted well prior to that. She makes up a fairly straight forward exacta and may just get home the better of the two.

SUMMARY

Well Immortal Steel and Slytherin look the stand outs here and with little between them i will box up the exacta and start counting my winnings.
