A consistent and improving filly she was a game second in the Likely Exchange last time over this trip so has every right to go well with a repeat effort. Her works have been ticking up nicely and it is a long time since she has been out of the first three so must be a consideration if you are going with exacta’s and trifecta’s.

2 Bering Sea Night Rider Stables Corrales G 122 —

Lightly raced she was a close second in the AZ Oaks as a three-year-old and looks to have a bright future. It has been a while since she last ran so her fitness is a gamble because of course we cannot see whether she is fit or not. The draw is perfect for her to lob along in the stalk, and she has to be a consideration.

3 Rita Ragu D J C Racing Stables Jimenez A 122 —

Showed a severe allergic reaction to water last time out so that effort is best ignored unless someone offers her a bucket of water before this race. Previously she had been solid enough and since her failure last out she has been working very strongly. This may be a good bet at odds.

4 Small Craft Warning TwinTowersRacing De La Cruz F 122 —

Third in the grade two Goldikova is pretty good form for an ungraded stake and this stable seems to be riding a wave at the moment and she could be our top pick. Her works have been very strong for a four-year-old at this time of year and with a run under her belt she must be a serious chance.

5 Chica Lugo Panionios Racing Cedillo A 122 —

Another four-year-old that is working the lights out, but it seems all the work times have been going mad recently. Two close-up runs in graded company in her last two starts make her a huge chance here.

6 Moment To Reflect Threshold Conner T 122 —

I would normally tip a lightly raced five-year-old with graded stakes form, but the stable is going through a severe cold spell at the moment, and it is hard to pick her.

7 Wyldewood The Freakshow Hernandez R M 122 —

Finished in front of Chica Logo in the Rampart and that was a fine effort from a similar draw. I would expect her to show early speed again today and she looks to have a good chance.

8 Absolupt Ekli Stable Hernandez C J 124 —

Ran a cracker in the Inside Information last time and could be a chance here from the outside draw with the expected speed push to help her out of the gate.

SUMMARY

Well, I could go top four here but am not too sure of the order so will be boxing up, Chica Lugo, Small Craft Warning, Wyldewood and Absolupt.
