Well with all the fast stakes winning fillies and mares in this race i must admit i didn’t spot this one as the winner. In her first race at graded level she sat back off a fast pace and when asked picked up the leaders won pretty easily by a length. It just goes to show that with a decent draw and the right circumstances you really cannot write anything off these days. This was a first graded stakes win for her owner and this must have been a huge thrill as she really did beat a couple of BC quality sprinters with a fair amount of ease. This wont be the last we will be hearing of this filly and the trainer.

2nd Trippi Sprinkle Gdp Inc Bridgmohan S X

I fully expected this three year old to do the business today and she ran a great race but found one too good on the day. A real consistent type there will be more wins in her record before she goes to the paddocks.

3rd Twisted Minds Mb Stables Hernandez B J Jr

Came from a long way back in a blanket finish for the placings and came out third in the end. This filly has all sorts of ability having only her seventh start and she just needs a few good draws and race conditions to suit and i expect her to go on to be a real star in the sprinting ranks.

4th Dancing By Myself D J C Racing Stables Leparoux J R

Fourth in her first attempt at graded stakes from the car park draw suggests this one is improving all the time.
