Ten Line Up in The Louisville Handicap

5-16-20

The Louisville Handicap 1 1/2 on turf for four year olds and up grade III event. Purse of $125.000

1. Sunday Phunnies trained by Nakamura Stables: This gelding looks to be kind of a steady grind horse. Going a mile and a half I think will suite him very well! 4/1 morning line.

2. Gila River trained by Team 7 Illusions: Disappointing effort in his last try at G2 level but the out before he was a winner in an allowance race going the same distance as today. 6/1 morning line.

3.  Momentus trained by Mb Stables: Very deep closer will have to have some pace to run at today. Was 2nd three back in a stake at Gulfstream Park but has been off the board in his last two outs. 6/1 morning line.

4. Arkenstone trained by Mb Stables: Was the pace setter last year in the Breeders Cup Mile where he finished 5th. Has won at this distance but do not think this is his best distance. 9/2 morning line.

5. Sneaky Little Stover trained by Team 7 Illusions: Claimed for $25.000 last out the furthest distance he has ran this year has been 5/8. His last out going around 2 turns was November of 2018 where he ran a flat mile and finished 4th at allowance company. 50/1 morning line.

6. Jammed Pack trained by Team 7 Illusions: Loves the distance but this group might just have a little more class than he does. He exits a $25.000 claimer where he finished 3rd. 9/2 morning line.

7. Tourniquet trained by Mo Mentum Farm: Is a very nice horse, running 2nd two starts back in a G3 at the Fair Grounds but was only going a 1 1/8. Not quite sure if this one really wants the full distance of a 1 1/2 but we will find out today. 12/1 morning line.

8. Magne Account trained by RNP Racing: This horse has done his best running on the grass but has not seen the turf course in quite some time. He has also been a stellar horse on the dirt too but has done most of his winning on the grass. He will appreciate the distance today. 8/1 morning line.

9. Farday trained by Estero Farms: This colt comes out of a G3 turf event going a flat mile where he was off the board but before that broke his maiden at Santa Anita running a blazing time of 1:32 and change. Not sure if this one wants quite a mile and a half. 8/1 morning line.

10. Inicnam trained by Our Athletes: 2nd in his previous start going a flat mile at allowance level. This horse will need to step up big to get a piece of it today and over come his outside post draw.

Goodluck To All!
