He seems to have come of age in his last two outings and with a great draw here he looks to extend his winning run to three. Working well he could be one of those late maturing sorts that this stable does so well with.

The five year old son of Cherokee Sunset as amassed nearly 1K in prize money so will take this statebred level race in his stride. After a great head second in the MT Stakes though he has declined in his efforts quite alarmingly and there looks to be some writing on the wall as to where his career is going. At his best he is the best here but he will need to find his old form to score.

3 Sunset Limited Nynl Stables Saez G 121

A very consistent three year old he ran his first ever turf race last time out and was only beaten a half length in the Lure Stakes. That sort of form looks goof for a race like this and he certainly looks one on the improve.

4 Chai Danger Wolf Ridge Stables Santana R Jr 123

A decent sort but he has been batting about its grade for a while and is yet to really make his mark. He changed stables recently and ran pretty well last time making him a half chance here in a race which looks pretty even.

5 Master Of Hounds The Sidley Stud Beschizza A 123

with 15 second or third place finishes from 21 starts it is safe to say this one is consistent. he never runs a bad race and it would be a good reward to see him winning here. A chance in a close race.

SUMMARY

A tough race to call and whilst i rather like Raccoonimus Maximus i think Sunset Limited may prove to be the value bet.
