How they ran.

Eastern Townships leading from start to finish draw two lengths clear of the field then closed down in the final furlong still winning by a length.

Icicle Dawn settled in mid pack then ran on strongly down the home stretch making up four lengths to dead heat for second.

Two Brushes going close up early ran on from fourth place to dead heat for second.

Mucho Of Doom settled near the rear six lengths off the pace then ran on for fourth best.

Arrowhead started at the rear of the field eight lengths off the pace ran on very strongly down the home stretch to be closing at the finish finishing fifth beaten by the winner by two lengths.

Drunken Skunk settled near the rear ran on to finish in his best position sixth.

Techfluence settled near the rear of the field ran on and closing at the finish but no better than his finishing position of seventh.

Lure started in seventh dropped back into tenth ran on past beaten horses to finish eight.

Fear The Feathers stalked the leaders in fifth stayed on at the same pace being passed by the stronger finishers to finish ninth.

Sportsman started in sixth and made headway into third than went backwards down the home stretch to finish tenth.

Bottoms Out started in fourth then just went back through the field to finish eleventh.

El Comandante close up in second a length off the leader early then was passed by every horse in the race to finish last of the twelve runners beaten by the winner by seven lengths.
