It’s a big day of racing here in Louisville, and high-end sprinters will start my coverage as we look at the field for the Aristides BC, a six-panel dash for the gents, over the main oval, and this race always draws a great field… no exception here today, so which way to we go at the window?  I’m taking Maxmillion Farm’s Be Lucky for my top pick… He looked good winning The Fool Hcp (GIII) at AQU last out and was third in the Palos Verdes (GIII) at SA prior to that… those are his only two starts since this outfit picked him up for $35.000 back in Nov, and at seven, he’s still tough as nails.  His stable-mate High Time is another worth a serious look… yet to win in ’25, and maybe overdue for a picture, he was second in the Palos Verdes, third in the Commonwealth (GIII) at KEE and runner-up in the CD (GI) over this track, last out… solid form, to say the least.  Daddys A Baller is another that certainly knows how to sprint with the best of them… he won the Mr Prospector (GIII) at GP to close out ’24, then was second in The Fool Hcp, and fourth in The Fleet Sprint (GIII) at OP in his most recent trip to the gate.
