Super Rail Trip for Shes A Super Freak in Beholder Mile
It was about a year ago this week where Shes A Super Freak would pick up the biggest win of her career, winning the Davona Dale Stakes at GP. That is a race that also ran today, but a year later, this filly was on the other side of the country, looking to pick up a win in the Grade 1 Beholder Mile.

Mb Stables Brings Strong Trio to The Davona Dale Stakes
The first weekend of March brings us so many excellent prep races for both the KYD and the KYO. Three such races for the Oaks are taking place, with 50-points being on the line for the winner in each of them.

Just One Filly, But a Good One, in The Fountain Of Youth
The calendar has flipped over to March, making just two months until the KYD and likely just two more chances (perhaps three if someone needs to push it) to get points for the big race. It was part of a great day at OP for Smokey Stover fillies as he would win both the Honeybee and the Rebel with one of them.

The Fillies Are Back on the KYO Trail! The Honeybee Nearly Fills
Last week, only six horses ran in the first 50-point KYO race of the season, the Alexandra at FG. There would be five horses that ran against the boys in The Risen Star, at the same race track on the same day. So this made it very interesting to see what would happen “the week after”.

Plenty of Early Speed in Royal Delta
Eight horses are lined up and ready to go in the seventh running of the Grade 3 Royal Delta, a race that is run a little more than a mile at GP. It first appeared on the schedule as a Grade 2, and with a $200.000 purse, but was downgraded to a Grade 3 in 2018.

Remember This Name: Creepy Risk Impresses in Pasadena Stakes
The Pasadena Stakes was an interesting race in that it did not feature any big headliners but plenty of up and coming talent seen throughout the starting gate. The question would be which one of them would step up to the task, and the answer would be one of the longest shots on the board.

Drilldownfortruth Hammers Home Alexandra Stakes Victory
There were only six fillies in the Alexandra, just one more than the amount of fillies that raced in the Risen Star Stakes. That did not mean that this race would be any less impactful for its winner, with 50 points for the KYO being on the line.
