1st Bad English, trained by Maxmillion Farm

A bit of a shocker here as this horse made a front running performance win. He broke in front and just kept on tucking the rest of the way home and wouldn’t let anybody get to him. I mean it was a surprise but definitely cant take anything away from him at all. He ran in 1:47.80 and earned $90.000 for the win.

2nd Motor City, trained by Joshua Stables

The horse who I thought was the standout of the field and wouldn’t be beat at all ends up getting beat. He sat second the whole way around there and just could never catch Bad English at any point. He still ran good though for his new trainer and I’m sure he will be tougher next out.

3rd Irrevocable Trust, trained by Nakamura Stables

Another one who I didn’t really see coming in the top three or four also did. He kind of sat midpack the whole way and made a run at them down the lane but just couldn’t get up in time in the end. He ran a really good race when it was all said and done and must be better than I initially thought.

4th Storming Cobra, trained by Mo Mentum Farm

A pretty good run from this horse also in the blanket finish for second as he only got beat by a length also. He sat about midpoint also and tried to run down the winner and get past the other two but just couldn’t do it. I wouldn’t be disappointed at all if I was Mo Mentum Farm because the horse ran pretty good.

Summary

Well definitely not the result most people were expecting I’m guessing as Motor City looked like a standout in this field. But Bad English ran a very big race on the lead and just kept on rolling the whole way to win in a bit of a surprise. Congratulations to Maxmillion Farm and his horse Bad English.
