To quote ol’ Bob… I think the Green Card was just a bit outside in this one… but what a race!  KEE living up to the hype and giving us a fantastic finish.  When the dust settled and the photo was looked at, Fractious put another big win in his wallet as Bella Latte stays close to the pace and then motors right on by to take the win in the Appalacian (GII).  The filly covered the mile in 1:33¹ on the firm, lush turf, here in Lexington.  End Of The Devil closed to the inside of the eventual winner, coming from well back to take the second spot in a very game effort.  It was another length to 97/1 long-shot Beat Down, that one having the lead in the lane but just couldn’t carry her speed to the wire, then another length to Wonderful World in fourth.  Five lengths covered the field of twelve.
