Sent off at 35/1 odds, Deputy Dynamite stamped himself as a top handicap horse in the ’16 season, taking The OP Hcp (GII) by a length over the main strip here, stopping the timer in 1:472 for the classic mile and an eighth distance. The lightly raced Cju also mad a name for himself with a game runner up effort. Port On The Horizon did some of the heavy lifting and rounded out the top three.
