Let’s Be Thankful for Falls City Handicap
While the turkey is in the oven on Thursday, we got an excellent race in store as the Grade 2 Falls City Handicap takes place at CD. The $500.000 that is at stake is a purse level never seen before in this race, as the previous high was $300.000, and last year the race ran for $200.000.

This is a Grade 2 event that sees its purse restored to the 2019 level, of $200.000, after being cut in half last year. Its classification also returned to Grade 2 status after being a Grade 3 from 2013-2020.
