As soon as the rain came this horse with Pennington on board and a centre field draw looked odds on and just like his last win way back in August 2018 he proved once again he has gills and not hooves. Way off the pace for much of the race he flew home for a great win and her trainer will be doing rain dances for the rest of her career.

2nd Alligator Maxmillion Farm Gutierrez Mario

A one two for the turf king this horse was also backed off a fast early pace and flew home for second although she was no match for her stable companion. This was a great effort considering unlike the winner she wasnt particularly suited by the wet.

3rd I Justwantthe Purple Gdp Inc Lanerie C J

She continues to run good races in good company keeping on for third today. She deserves a good win and it will come.

4th City Never Sleeps Saratoga Stud Bridgmohan S X

Kept on at the one pace for fourth but was well held at the end.
