6 Furlong Dirt Stakes Purse $150.000 3 Year olds

1st – Clash Study – Trained by Smokey Stover, Ridden by Leparoux J R

The Lang is now Clash Study’s third straight victory.  He was angled out wide around the final turn and was able to sweep past the lead group down the stretch. He is slowly climbing the ranks in the three year old sprinter class.

2nd – Mae Mae – Trained by Jkk Racing Stables, Ridden by Desormeaux K J

Mae Mae put in his second straight second place finish. As he typically likes to do he was well off the pace early on and had a great kick late but came up a length shy of winning. If he can get his late kick moving just a bit earlier in future races he will hit the winners circle in a stake before long.

3rd – Assvolts – Trained by Namor Farms, Ridden by Bejarano 

Just off the pace early in this one Assvolt was able to get a nose ahead at one point later in this race but wasn’t able to hold off the closers down the stretch.
