1st Lucky Star, trained by Estero Farms

Well this horse finally got the money after a couple of races where he didn’t win. He was sitting about midpack early on and then kicked into gear and came rolling to get the win but he did dead heat for the win with Charentes. Those two both got the win in here. They ran in 1:09.02 and earned $100.000.

1st Charentes, Angelos Stable

This horse right here changed up his tactics a little bit and came off the pace a little bit instead of going to the lead like he usually does. He was sitting about third before making his run to the lead and he hit the lead and then had to hold off Lucky Star and not let him pull away from him. He got a big win.

3rd Roman Rage, trained by Gdp Inc

This horse here was rolling late down the stretch in this race after sitting almost last in the early parts of the race. He was sitting back there just hanging out and then when it was time to put on the jets he kicked into gear but didn’t have enough in the tank to catch the two winners but he still ran good.

4th Cajun Cuffs, trained by D J C Racing Stables

The runner from the barn of the wizard ended up liking the cut back in distance in this race and he only got beat by a length in the end so definitely not a bad race at all from him. He was up there close to the lead but then got passed by a couple but he didn’t tun a bad race at all and should improve.

Summary

Well we didn’t have a solo winner in here but we did have a dead heat between Lucky Star and Charentes. They got after it down the lane and neither one of them would give an inch so that’s why we had to winners in here. Congratulations to Lucky Star and Estero Farms and Charentes and Angelos Stables.
